HQ circles

So there are three circles around HQ. How these should work?

Inner circle:
- Coming back to here you get invulnerability again?
- You cannot shoot from here?

Middle circle:
- You are still invulnerable here, if not being out of all circle or haven't been shooting?
- You cannot shoot from here?

Outer circle:
- You are still invulnerable here, if not being out of all circle or haven't been shooting?
- You can shoot from here (except with artillery), but lose your invulnerability by doing so?

Asking this because got little confused today at "Limni" layout. Looked like vehicles were able to shoot while still inside middle circle. Is that by design or is that a bug?

You can't shoot from middle circle. Maybe you saw a vehicle very close to middle circle.

Vehicles were in the middle of the middle circle. Feels like a bug.

I have seen that too on some layouts.

One time on Tanoa, where an enemy orca was able to fly in our base and destroy something with rockets.

And sometimes Artillery was working from inside circles.

its actually 3 circles (there is the innermost one where the shops are available)

IIRC :
the most innermost circle is absolutely safe from anything, projectiles cant come there, enemies die instantly there and if enemies fire there they get a unpleasent surprise.

between middle and outer circle you can fire out of the base, but you will lose your invulnerability

going back inside the middle circle will trigger a randomized timer and at the the end of it you will get back your invulnerability

going back into the most inner circle will instantly activate the safezone for you, no matter the timer

Its important that in some cases uneven terrain can make the exact ring position a bit distorted (2D vs 3D distances, but mostly a difference of 10m)

So two cheetah inside this middle circle should be able to shoot or not?
On this layout they were able to shoot.
I thought you should not be able to shoot inside this middle circle.

By my understanding they came from inner circle.
